As Programme Manager at The Mill, Emma's key role is to create a program that fits with our artistic vision as well as develop current and new audiences.

She strongly believes that arts and culture should be accessible for all. Emma loves working with different artists and partners to think or new and innovative ways of engaging new audiences to inspire creativity and enrich the lives of our communities.
